Thank you Victoria Pynchon!

I checked my newsreader tonight only to find my own picture - looking back at me from the Settle It Now Negotiation Blog. Victoria Pynchon, commercial mediator and accomplished blogger, graciously welcomed me to the ADR blogging neighborhood with a reminder to me and her readers of the many ADR bloggers who have been moving the discussion of this topic forward for some time. I am very grateful to be included in this dialogue, and hope I can contribute my fair share.
Welcome to the blogosphere and more particularly to the ADR blogosphere. I have added you to my reader and am looking forward to your posts. As part of my welcome, I am leaving you here a virtual bouquet of flowers and a virtual box of candy. Not sure what is appropriate for a blogosphere welcome gift . . .
You're more than welcome for the welcome. I think you'll find that since the time I put out the welcome mat, other ADR bloggers have as well. Really, if the world were this generous and responsive, well . . . maybe none of us ADR people would have any work to do. As it is, I consider this -- the blogosphere -- the Platonic Ideal of neighborhood and we're all GENUINELY glad to have another voice -- this one from health care -- join us. We're all looking forward to getting to know you and your point of view!
